Job Description

Mars is seeking a Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Manager in Melbourne to drive value creation across pricing, trade investment and product/pack mix management. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to unlock category profit pools and improve on-shelf performance.

Reporting to the Head of SRM, you will lead local SRM analytics, develop pricing and mix plans, and mentor a team of SRM specialists to deliver measurable growth.
