Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions in C & Oracle DB.
Design and implement High-Availability solutions that meet strict SLA requirements.
Ability to maintain and support real-time, 24x7 middleware solution systems.
Build and support mission-critical, high-volume, long-running Unix server processes.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and reliability issues.
Work independently in a small, highly focused team with minimal supervision.
Deliver results in rapid-paced, high-responsibility environments.
Mentor team members in best practices for software development and delivery.
Produce explicit technical specifications and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation.
