$99,890 + Super + $10,000 Fulltime Chef Bonus
2:1 Roster

About the role;

Working across all sections of the kitchen, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
Opportunities for fulltime, fulltime roaming, casual and Chef's specialising in Chinese cuisine on offer
Work across all sections of our kitchens

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you’ll need;
Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required
FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Ability to work well under pressure

Additional Information
Working on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone. Consider what to expect and what is required of you when assessing your options
Our Casual Chef and Fulltime Roaming Chef roles require flexibility and reliability with prospect to gain experience across a variety of sites
Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
