About the role and the company: Our client is a family-run business, setting the standard in quality furniture for over 50 years. Uncompromisingly quality-driven. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll sell premium pieces to walk-in customers in our Thomastown showroom. Meet and greet, build relationships, upsell, and close. Weekend work is part of the role.

We are looking for:




Retail sales experience - ideally in a consultative relationship sales style. Not just transactional sales.
Experience selling on quality, not price
Confident selling premium products
Strong communicator with positive computer skills
Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
Pronto POS or ability to speak is Mandarin a bonus
Team focussed
