Retail Sales Assistant – Full time

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.

Previous retail or customer service experience is required. Product-specific training will be provided to help you become familiar with our range.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to confidently assist with customer enquiries.
Receive, unpack and replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
Assist with stock organisation and merchandising.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store throughout the day and at closing.




Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a welcoming and effective store environment.

Availability to work full time hours.
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
Friendly and professional communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance.
A positive and team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including receiving and moving stock, lifting and carrying boxes, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: From $27.81 per hour
