About the role: Step into a key leadership role on our Assembly floor! As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your area, leading your team through transparent direction and support to deliver production excellence, superior quality outcomes and a secure, high-performing work workplace.

What you'll be doing:
Lead by example on safety culture, ensuring hazards are identified, escalated and controlled




Ensure GMP, housekeeping and food safety requirements are met in line with HACCP compliance
Own line efficiency, product quality and manufacturing goals for your area
Coordinate training and onboarding, driving our How We Work Together Commitments across the team
Roster and manage staffing levels, addressing performance and team issues as they arise

What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience leading or managing people in a fast-paced food processing environment
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and HACCP requirements
A sharp eye for detail with a robust focus on performance, line efficiency, product quality and safety
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead with respect and open communication
