The iconic Regatta Hotel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead The Boatshed, our premium dining restaurant in Toowong.

This is an chance for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves outstanding food, exceptional service and building high-performing teams.

The Role

You'll take ownership of The Boatshed's day-to-day operations, leading the front-of-house team and working closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen leadership.

You'll be responsible for
Leading busy lunch, dinner and function services
Coaching and developing the FOH team
Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Managing rosters, labour costs and operational performance
Supporting bookings, events and VIP experiences
Driving sales, profitability and repeat visitation





About You You'll have previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience, ideally within a busy, high-volume restaurant, along with robust F&B; knowledge, people leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
