We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Hands / Pick Packers to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Erskine Park.

Our client is a renowned Australian retailer, recognised and respected across the country. This is a fantastic prospect to work within a modern, well-organised warehouse with excellent facilities and off street parking.

About the Role

As a General Hand / Pick Packer, your duties may include:
Unpacking newly arrived stock
General warehouse duties
Manual handling duties and moving stock
Loading and unloading goods as required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following workplace procedures and instructions
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For The successful candidates will have:
Previous warehouse, pick packing or general hands experience is advantageous
Physically fit and capable of manual handling




Valuable verbal and written communication skills (reading labels & instructions)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A great attitude and willingness to work
Strong self-drive and a reliable work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to attend work Monday to Friday in line with rostered shifts
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety — a safe work attitude is a MUST
