About the role

At Big River Pork, we are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Murray Bridge, South Australia. This full time role and will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and support to our state-of-the-art pork processing facility. Very completive salary with weekly pay cycle, over time and weekend work available. Day shift and afternoon shifts flexibility.

What you'll be doing
Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement effective solutions
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
Assist with the installation of new electrical infrastructure and equipment
Maintain detailed records of all electrical work completed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical processes and procedures
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior electrical technicians

What we're looking for
Qualified Electrician with a current Electrical Trade License, with full rights to work in Australia.
Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial or commercial electrical maintenance role
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills




Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Commitment to maintaining a protected work workplace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Weekend work when required paid at overtime rates
