Your key responsibilities will be to:
Lead national operational planning and execution across the Australian Pooling network.
Champion safety, environmental performance and quality standards across all sites.
Drive reliable service delivery for customers while optimising freight, labour, maintenance and operating costs.
Strengthen operational excellence through daily management, structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop operational leaders and build solid, accountable and engaged teams.
Partner with internal teams and external providers to support growth,



new business implementation and improved ways of working.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
