Lead Detailer – Façade / Modular Builder | Path to CAD Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Detailer ready to step up and take the next move toward a CAD Manager role. This is a great prospect for a detailer with strong technical skills and natural leadership ability to join a growing façade/modular builder, taking ownership of detailing outputs while mentoring the wider drafting team.

What you'll bring:
Advanced AutoCAD skills (essential); Revit experience highly regarded
Solid exposure to façade, curtain wall, cladding, and commercial glazing systems
Experience with modular construction, aluminium, and composite panel systems
Leadership capability — ready to guide and support a detailing team
Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels — from site teams to senior management
A robust eye for detail and commitment to accuracy across complex documentation
