Our client is a university residential college providing accommodation and student support services in WA.

We are seeking an experienced student services receptionist for an annual leave cover, commencing Thursday 24th September to Friday 30th October.
Onsite parking is available. The successful applicant will have a National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) and a WWCC is highly regarded.

Duties include:
General office and administration tasks
Secretarial support to the Deputy Head of College, and other designated senior employees of the College
Greeting guests, booking appointments, managing schedules
Assisting students, and visitors to the College with enquiries
Dealing with customer complaints in a qualified and courteous manner
Receipting payments
Receipting and distributing mail and parcel deliveries




Issuing temporary parking permits to visitors to the College
Managing the upkeep of the office stationery
File management
Ensure all visitors and contractors are greeted in a courteous and qualified manner
Ensure all visitors and contractors adhere to site requirements including contractor sign in and Permit to Work
Ensure quality of incoming goods and delivery requirements are met, utilising manual handling equipment and use correct lifting techniques
Act as a centralised point for ordering of goods/services
Participate in work area inspection processes
