About the role The initial weeks of your employment will provide hands-on training across our packing and warehouse processes, giving you a solid understanding of our products, systems and procedures. You will then transition into a dedicated Despatch role, responsible for accurately QA checking, loading and unloading of packed goods.

Key responsibilities
Pack and prepare customer orders
Check orders and documentation for accuracy
Utilise software to book customer orders for collection and delivery
Contact customers via phone/email
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
Maintain accurate despatch records/invoicing
Follow strict safety and warehouse procedures

About you
Reliable, organised and safety-focused
Robust attention to detail
Positive communication and computer skills
Physically capable of handling steel products
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Warehouse, despatch or logistics experience preferred but not essential
Current driver's and forklift licences highly regarded
