Our services span rail safety compliance, mine safety management, WHS management systems, technical safety documentation, auditing and inspections, and psychosocial risk management.

The Role

Full time, on-site in Perth, WA. As HSEQ Consultant you'll provide Health, Safety, Environment and Quality advisory services to clients across rail and other industries. You'll:
Develop, implement and review ISO-aligned HSEQ management systems, policies and procedures to meet legislative and industry requirements
Conduct safety and environmental audits, inspections and risk assessments (including psychosocial risk)
Prepare reports and recommendations to close out non-conformances and lift performance
Produce technical documentation, and deliver training and coaching to client teams




Work with stakeholders to build safety culture and drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring
Strong experience developing, implementing and auditing ISO management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
Lead Auditor qualification (ISO)
Proven Health & Safety and occupational health experience
Solid grounding in EHS principles, risk assessment and incident investigation
Auditing experience — planning, conducting and reporting
Transparent technical writing skills for diverse audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills; effective solo and in multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of rail safety or high-risk industry regulations (highly desirable)
Tertiary qualification in OHS, environmental science, engineering or related field (preferred)
