Hanashi Izakaya – Melbourne

We are looking for a Part-Time / Casual Chef to join our team.

Position

• Part time / Casual
2–4 days per week
Night shifts only, starting around 3:30 PM – 10 PM or later
No morning shifts, enjoy your mornings and afternoons free

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Japanese Cuisine / Kitchen Operations
Calm and composed during busy service
Valuable attitude, discipline, and strong character
Team player with a long-term mindset
Willing to learn, training will be provided
Australian work rights required for this position
