The Red Cow Hotel is now offering an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Licensee to join our team.

As an experienced Licensee, you will oversee every facet of the hotel, including bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will guide and develop your team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent financial performance. Acting as the hotel’s ambassador, you will nurture relationships with local organisations such as the Police, the council, local businesses, neighbours and customers.

What you will need to succeed:
Honest, dependable and qualified
Hands on with solid leadership skills
Strong knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including food, beverage & gaming




A passion for hospitality & customer service
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Confidence and maturity
A robust attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Strong compliance knowledge, to ensure the venue complies with all laws and regulations
Experience in booking & managing entertainment
The desire to have fun and LOVE what you do!
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Pub Managerial role
RSA & RCG (NSW)
Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Licensee and Advanced Licensee Training (NSW)
