About the role

Round the Way Food Truck Group is seeking a Customer Experience & Functions Manager to be the face of our three dynamic food truck brands. This role covers everything from handling the first customer inquiry to building long-term relationships with clients, overseeing event operations, and developing marketing materials.

Key responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service from inquiry to post-event follow-up
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team at events
Develop marketing materials and strategies to help grow our business
Handle function sales and manage client relationships
Plan and coordinate event details, ensuring smooth operations
Liaise with event organizers, wedding planners, and clients to ensure flawless execution
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure completion of cleaning schedules
Contribute recent ideas and cutting-edge menu items to keep our offerings fresh

About you
Extensive experience in hospitality,



front-of-house, and functions management
A true front-of-house professional with a passion for customer service
Strong leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Great attention to detail, especially with food presentation and safety
A reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual with a fantastic work ethic
