We're looking for a passionate and experienced Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in delivering exceptional food, and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for guests travelling from around the world.

The Position
Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Deliver restaurant-quality food within a premium airline lounge environment
Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and allergen management standards
Support menu execution, food production planning and stock control
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Ensure food is consistently presented to the highest standards of quality and freshness
Contribute to a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team culture

The Person




Qualified Chef with experience in high-volume commercial kitchens
Passionate about food quality, presentation and hospitality
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, flexible and able to work a rotating roster including weekends when required
Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering or aviation hospitality highly regarded
