A leading Community Club in Sydney's inner west seeks a highly experienced Club Manager for immediate start.

The Role
Proven track record in managing high-volume, quick paced restaurants and event spaces
Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on culturally rich venues delivering memorable hospitality experiences
Ability to positively build and lead large, high performing teams
Ability to effectively manage community and stakeholder engagement
Solid track record in hospitality operations, budget forecasting, rostering and P&L; management
Ability to execute large scale events, delivering bespoke culinary and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximise profitability.
Extensive Management experience in NSW registered clubs, holding RSA, RCG, ARCG, WSET and proven commercial skills.
Minimum 5+ years of NSW registered club management experience required
Expertise in compliance and risk management
Effectively manage supplier partnerships
Champion of membership growth
