Maxwell Recruitment & Training are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised and hands on Service Supervisor.

This is a hands on role, with the majority of your time spent in the field alongside the service team, combined with supervisory and coordination responsibilities.

About the Role
HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding
Supervising and supporting service technicians
Scheduling and coordinating service, maintenance and breakdown jobs
Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex issues
Managing customer communication and service requirements
Preparing quotes and ensuring jobs are followed through to completion

What We Offer
Permanent position
$50–$55 per hour depending on experience




8:00am–4:00pm with monthly on call work
Company phone, laptop and vehicle
Immediate start

About You
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor Licence
Robust HVAC and refrigeration experience
Previous supervisory experience
Solid fault finding and technical skills
Ability to lead and support a team
Solid customer service and communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety
