AluGlaze is a Western Australian owned and operated business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems for commercial, government and residential projects across WA.
An exciting chance is available for a motivated individual to commence an Apprenticeship in Glass and Glazing (Certificate III). Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will gain hands on experience while developing the skills and knowledge required for a long term career in the industry.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Glazier, you will learn to:
Fabricate and assemble aluminium window and door systems
Assist with glazing and installation works
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Read drawings and prepare materials
Support manufacturing and installation teams
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Interested in a hands-on trade career
Motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to workplace safety
Positive, respectful and eager to develop recent skills
An interest in construction, manufacturing or building products would be advantageous, however a genuine willingness to learn is the most key attribute.
Desirable
Driver's licence or reliable transport
Ability to undertake physical work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
