Business Data AnalystRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data, identifying trends and performance gaps, preparing reports and dashboards, and developing recommendations based on quantitative findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define relevant metrics, investigate business challenges, and support data-driven planning and process improvement.

The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with robust business understanding to communicate complex information clearly and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.




Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of business analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
Robust attention to detail and a systematic approach to analyzing business problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
Professional proficiency in English.
