We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Alexandria. In this role, you’ll identify and secure new opportunities across the residential building market, focusing on small to medium-sized builders.

You’ll be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, while building robust, long-term relationships that drive repeat business and sustainable growth.

Requirements
Build and maintain new relationships with residential builders, architects and designers within a determined territory
Achieve and exceed residential sales targets and KPIs
Grow the residential customer base through project-based sales activity, Including specification work, industry events, networking and cold calling
Manage and develop relationships with builders, negotiate supply agreements, contracts and tenders
Present and promote market-leading products to influence specification and project outcomes
Deliver a high level of customer service across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial engagement through to project completion
Use robust sales, negotiation and closing skills to secure and convert opportunities
