Job Description

Pengana Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Sydney team. This is a key client service and operational role, acting as a primary point of contact for direct clients and financial advisers and working closely with our external fund registry and internal operations, distribution and investment teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client and adviser enquiries across phone and email, taking ownership of matters through to resolution.
Liaise daily with the external fund registry to manage and resolve client, transaction and operational matters.
Assist with investor onboarding, applications, redemptions and other transaction-related processes.
Review client documentation and work with the registry to resolve outstanding or incomplete requirements.
Maintain accurate client records across internal databases and CRM systems.
Manage and escalate complex client and operational matters to the appropriate internal teams.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, advisers and key external service providers.
Work closely with operations,



distribution and investment teams to ensure client matters are managed efficiently.

Skill & Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous client service experience within funds management, investment management or a similar financial services setting.
Demonstrated experience liaising directly with an external fund registry or similar investment administration provider.
Practical knowledge of managed fund applications, redemptions, investor onboarding and transaction processing.
Experience managing client and adviser enquiries and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
A sound understanding of operational procedures within a funds management or investment business.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client and operational matters simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a qualified approach to client service.

This role would suit an experienced financial services professional who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and confidently manage relationships across clients, advisers, registry providers and internal stakeholders.
