What are we looking for




Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high-end, fine dining kitchen
Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded
Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
