Iris Hotel Group seeks a energetic General Manager to head up operations for a premier venue in Western Sydney. Reporting to the COO, you will drive customer service excellence, lead a busy team during peak periods, and oversee gaming, wagering, and hospitality operations with a hands-on approach.
