Job Description

Harwell Consulting on the Gold Coast seeks a Project Manager to lead a 19-storey residential tower from early works to practical completion. You'll own the program, commercial actions, and client relationships, reporting to the Director with a Site Manager and Contract Administrator aligned to you.

You'll drive RC frame and podium detailing, manage subbies, variations and claims, and ensure QLD WHS compliance while embracing BIM/VR and in office tech to shape a landmark project.
