We're partnering with a well-established national construction services business that delivers large-scale infrastructure and government projects across Australia and Recent Zealand.

This is not your typical collections-heavy AR role.

This position sits within a high-performing construction finance team and is heavily focused on:
Progress claims
Contract billing
Reconciliations
Revenue integrity

Working closely with Project Managers and Operations teams
You'll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in ensuring claims are processed accurately and on time across complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end construction billing and invoicing
Preparing and reconciling progress claims
Reviewing claim responses and resolving discrepancies
Working closely with PMs around percentage-of-completion billing
Monitoring debtor balances and supporting cash flow outcomes
Investigating invoice queries and billing adjustments
Producing reconciliations and AR reporting




Supporting process and system improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience within construction, infrastructure or project-based environments is essential
Strong exposure to progress claims / contract billing
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Solid Excel capability
Comfortable working closely with operational stakeholders
Someone practical, resilient and happy working in a quick-paced construction environment
