We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join an established New Home Sales team.

Working alongside experienced Sales Consultants in a display-based environment, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey – from initial customer enquiries and lead qualification through to appointments, follow-ups and supporting customers as they begin the exciting process of building their new home.

As a display-based role, weekend work is required, with two rostered days off during the week.

What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with prospective home buyers and qualifying enquiries
Following up new and existing sales leads
Assisting Sales Consultants with appointments and customer enquiries
Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
Maintaining CRM records and managing customer follow-ups
Learning house designs, pricing, land options and the building process
Providing sales and administrative support to the wider team
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction

About You:

Ideally, you'll have previous experience within Recent Home Sales,



residential construction, real estate or property, along with a genuine customer-first approach and a passion for building a rewarding, long-term career within the current homes industry.

You'll bring:
Previous sales or customer-facing experience
A genuine interest in property and residential construction
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to leads and customer follow-up
Confidence, professionalism and a positive attitude
Solid organisation and attention to detail
