Warehouse Assistant – Temporary Assignment

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Smeaton Grange on a temporary assignment from October to November 2026. This assignment is initially for a two-month period, with the potential for extension for the right candidate and subject to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

·Load and unload heavy items safely and efficiently

·Operate forklifts and high-reach forklifts (if licensed)

·Maintain a clean and protected warehouse environment

·Perform general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory checks

·Support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations

Requirements:

·Valid Forklift Licence (essential)





·Manual Drivers Licence

·High Reach Forklift experience or training (desirable; no separate licence required)

·Ability to safely handle and move heavy items

·Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

·Robust attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

·Positive physical fitness

·Reliable, punctual, and a team player
