ProQuest Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised beauty and cosmetics brand to recruit experienced and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operators for their Distribution Centre in Dandenong South.
This is an exciting prospect to join a well-established and highly regarded brand in a modern distribution environment, where people, teamwork and a robust workplace culture are genuinely valued.
Working Monday to Friday (weekends when needed) on a 6-hour shift, with overtime available as required, you’ll be part of a professional and supportive warehouse team.
Available Shifts
12:00pm – 6:00pm $35.35 per hour
6:00pm – 12:00am $39.59 per hour

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating High Reach Forklifts for picking, replenishment and putaways
Using RF scanners for order picking and stock movements
Operating a Tugger as required
Completing general warehouse duties and supporting the wider team
Maintaining a clean,



organised and protected working environment
Following all workplace safety and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced operators who take pride in their work and understand the importance of safety, reliability and accuracy.
You will need:
A current and valid Australian LF Forklift Licence
Minimum 2 years experience operating High Reach Forklifts
Robust and consistent warehouse experience
Good attention to detail and a strong safety mindset
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
The ability to work well as part of a team
Unlimited Australian working rights
