The Family:
This young, active family lives on acreage and has three children aged 8, 5 and 1. Both parents lead busy working lives, with Mum working from home within the family business and Dad working outside the home.
Life is busy and can be wonderfully chaotic, so the family is looking for a nanny who can recognise the pinch points of everyday family life and step in to take some of the pressure off. They enjoy an active lifestyle, spending plenty of time outdoors on their property as well as relaxing together indoors.

Days, Hours, Start Date & Remuneration:
Monday & Thursday 10-6pm
Hours to be confirmed
Start: July 2026
Rate negotiable
3–6 month position

The Role:
Caring for three children aged 8, 5 and 1
School pick-ups and transport as required
Supporting afternoon and evening routines
Meal preparation and cooking
Laundry and general household support
Helping keep the home organised and reducing the pressure on Mum and Dad
Encouraging outdoor play and age-appropriate activities




Working alongside the parents to support a happy and settled household

The Ideal Nanny:

The family is looking for someone kind, gentle, genuine and protected who understands that family life doesn't always go according to plan. The ideal nanny will be confident stepping in during the busy moments and won't be afraid to handle challenging situations calmly. Someone who respects family boundaries, communicates openly and can use their initiative will be highly valued. The family would love a nanny who is equally comfortable caring for the children as they are helping with cooking, laundry and general household tasks.
A fun and warm personality is key too — the family is hoping to find someone who can become a trusted part of their lives and share in the special moments along the way.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Hold a valid First Aid and CPR
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Hold a valid National Police Check
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
