MacKillop Family Services is seeking an Assistant House Supervisor for our OOHC program in Preston, VIC. You will lead Residential Care Workers to provide protected, nurturing, and therapeutic care, supporting young people toward resilience and belonging.

Reporting to the Residential Care Coordinator, the role blends hands-on leadership with meaningful work, promoting collaboration across teams and ensuring high standards of care within a supportive, culturally protected setting.
