LWC is seeking a Transport Manager to coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods from the Northampton depot. You will manage the transport team, ensure fleet compliance, plan routes, and support wider operations to meet customer expectations.
The role requires solid people management, fleet and route planning skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency. CPC qualification is desirable for this position.
