MacKillop Family Services is seeking an Assistant House Supervisor to oversee daily residential care for young people in Footscray, VIC. You will support care workers and step in when the House Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring a protected, therapeutic workplace.

Based in our Out of Home Care Program, you will report to the House Supervisor and contribute to behavioural management planning, staff development, and culturally aware practice with Aboriginal communities.
