State of Victoria is seeking a Youth Justice Advanced Case Manager to supervise high-risk young people on court orders in the South East Metro Region, including Frankston, Dandenong and Ringwood.
You will lead day-to-day statutory supervision, coordinate rehabilitative interventions, and liaise with courts, health and welfare agencies to deliver holistic case management. A relevant qualification and Working with Children Check are required.
