The Role:

Manage small portfolio of premium clients
n
Lead,



manage and support a team of Property Managers & Assistants
n
Work closely with Management
n
Assisting in recruitment, onboard and training
n
Manage any escalated issues with owners or tenants
n
Report into management on team performance, KPI's etc.
n
Attend team meetings
n
Implement any positive changes to the team
n

n

The Candidate:

n

n
Previous Senior Property Management or Team Leader experience
n
You need to possess leadership attributes!
n
Be a 'go-to' person and a peoples person
n
A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2
n
Own car and Drivers license
n
Have the ability to work with leadership
n
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
n
Great presentational skills
n
Be a motivated self-starter
n
