Lead, coach, and develop Showroom Managers and sales teams.
Drive regional sales performance and achievement of budgets.
Analyse sales results and implement improvement strategies.
Conduct regular showroom visits to mentor teams and improve performance.
Manage customer service standards and resolve escalations.
Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
Ensure compliance with retail legislation, policies, and procedures.
Maintain workplace health and safety standards across the region.
Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Manage rostering,



staffing levels, attendance, and workforce planning.
