Toyota Australia is seeking two experienced Parts Centre Help Desk Consultants to join the Aftersales division. Roles are based in Altona North, onsite with some flexibility, on a 12-month maximum-term basis.

You will deliver expert parts consultation to dealers and export customers, support planning and reporting, and help drive sales and profitability targets. Applicants should have a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, a robust background in customer service, and knowledge of
