We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Brand New 2nd Location at DFO Brisbane!

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. With a robust focus on inventory management, you'll support stock flow and organization in a high-volume environment, while creating a welcoming and engaging space for every customer. This is a great prospect for a confident retail professional ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, premium outlet setting.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high-volume retail environment
n
Support and inspire the team by leading by example on the shop floor
n
Manage inventory flow, ensuring stock is organized, accessible, and well-maintained
n
Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces,



enhancing their in-store experience
n
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
n
Support daily operations, including stock management, customer experience, and sales performance
n
Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
n
