Barings seeks a Director/Senior Director of Institutional Sales to drive client growth in Hong Kong or Singapore. You will lead fundraising efforts among corporates, sovereign wealth funds, insurers and other institutional investors, expanding Barings’ presence across Asia Pacific.

In this role you will originate prospects, manage RFIs/RFPs, perform due diligence, coordinate onboarding, and organize fundraising roadshows to elevate Barings’ brand and client service capabilities.
