Job Description

PRA is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build a greenfield health‐tech SaaS platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js. You will modernise a legacy .NET app, shape backend architecture, and integrate MSSQL on AWS RDS.

You'll work directly with leadership to design features end to end in a versatile hybrid setup. You should have 6–8+ years of full‐stack experience, deep Node/TS/React skills, and comfort with AWS and Serverless.
