Eastern Health is seeking a Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Care Coordinator to lead a high quality, legally sound VAD model of care across our network. You will coordinate care for patients, families and clinicians, guiding them through the VAD pathway with compassion and governance.

The role requires current nursing registration with AHPRA, autonomous working style within a multidisciplinary team, and leadership experience.
