Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is seeking a dedicated Community Worker to join the Adult Community Services team in Hawthorn, VIC. This part time role (32.5 hrs/week) offers supportive, person-centred practice to help Autistic adults increase independence and community participation.

You will work in a community-based setting, supporting skill development, daily living, and social connections while collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure quality, inclusive services.
