Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a skilled cook to join the Birdie Bar & Brasserie team. You will prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards while working closely with the Head Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency.
The role requires energy, flexibility to rosters including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and a commitment to food safety and quality. Previous hotel kitchen experience is preferred, with a trade qualification.
