The Role

We’relooking for passionate, driven and talented Chefs of all levels to join theteam at Kitchen by Mike, a brand-new venue located inside the iconic NationalGallery of Australia in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to join thekitchen team from the beginning and help shape the culture, standards andsuccess of a brand-new hospitality offering.

KeyResponsibilities:
Prepare,cook and present dishes to Kitchen by Mike standards.
Maintainexceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.
Followrecipes and kitchen procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Supportefficient kitchen operations during preparation and service.
Maintaina clean, secure and organised work workplace.
Workcollaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Complywith all food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
