You will partner with dealers to improve profitability, strengthen financial health, and align initiatives with John Deere’s broader strategy across service, parts, sales and technology.

You will drive capability implementation, advise dealer leadership, and lead governance to ensure high standards and sustainable outcomes, with up to 50% travel across AU & NZ.
