Medsyndeo is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work in Chicago, IL. This is a Full Time Position. My client is very motivated to speak with all interested candidates.

From ensuring they have adequate
transportation, to helping measure and
break down quality of life deterrents

vulnerable populations we serve

Monday - Friday NO nights or weekends
Very light triaged telephonic call only
Smaller patient panel (max 450), see
members monthly vs annually
