Silanna Semiconductor in Brisbane is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to develop, optimise and sustain epitaxial growth processes for compound semiconductor R&D; and manufacturing. You will work on hands-on projects under guidance from the Epitaxy Process Manager, contributing to research, development and industrialization of current products.
Four months of in-house training will be provided to build epitaxy operation skills and theoretical knowledge, with ongoing on-the-job development.
