n The Role
n Based at a busy Gold Coast site on the afternoon shift, you'll lead a multi-line production floor, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently while pitching in yourself and training your team as you go.

Overseeing the manufacturing and warehouse teams, leading by example
n
Actively contributing to production across all areas, not just directing it
n
Setting priorities and using your own initiative to keep things on track
n
Troubleshooting machinery issues, and liaising with technical support when a fix is beyond your reach
n
Training and supporting staff
n
Supporting your team through busy, high-pressure periods
n

About You

n

n
Solid initiative — you set priorities, you don't wait for them
n
Mechanically minded and confident troubleshooting equipment
n
Calm and effective under pressure
n
Hands-on by nature — happy to do the work, not just oversee it
n
Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or textiles is desirable but not essential
